Richard Thyne

Richard Thyne is a common law specialist. In civil he is experienced in personal injury, contract, public law, inquests and disciplinary proceedings, and has a particular interest in medico-legal issues. In 2007 he was appointed to the provincial panel of the Attorney General's Junior Counsel to the Crown. In crime, he is a Grade 3 prosecutor, and has defended in numerous serious cases including large scale public disorder, serious violence and drugs.
