His Honour Judge Gary Burrell QC - 17th June 2009

We are delighted to announce that Her Majesty The Queen has appointed Gary Burrell QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor. The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales has assigned Mr Burrell QC to the Western Circuit based at Bournemouth Crown Court.

Mr Burrell QC will be sworn as one of Her Majesty's Circuit Judges at a ceremony in the Royal Courts of Justice on Wednesday 17th June 2009.

Everyone at Chambers congratulates HHJ Burrell QC on his appointment and thanks him for all the help, assistance and guidance during his tenure as a member of chambers and for his leadership as Head of Chambers for the last 8 years.
